Looking for a hardy plant to attract your a few helpers to your garden? This herb was used by Native Americans as a cough medicine but its purple flowers are known for attracting bees, parasitic wasps, butterflies and hummingbirds. The leaves and flowers are anise-scented – they smell like black licorice. Also used as a seasoning, it’s often made into a tea as well. Makes an easy to grow flower bouquet filler for me. Packet contains 10 seeds.
